OVERVIEW:

• We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will work on site, manage workers, and ensure projects are run efficiently.
• This a working Foreman position.

DUTIES:

• Manage the actual construction of the current project
• Read project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints
• Monitor attendance of the crew and fill out daily time sheets
• Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Delegate responsibilities and tasks to crew members, contractors, and other workers according to priorities and plans
• Emphasize safe use of all tools and equipment and enforce the proper use of safety gear.
• Manage employees to ensure the project is kept on schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or the ability to learn quickly
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction processes, procedures, and best practices
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a construction team
• Quality control expertise to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
